Considered a leader in South African Social Work, Dr. Roestenburg is an expert in measurement and assessment. His doctoral dissertation on the use of social indicators in social work has won him academic awards. He took the lead in South Africa in the development of standards for assessment within social work. Dr. Roestenburg is experienced in the development of surveys, quantitative instruments, scales and program evaluations. Dr. Roestenburg provides the consultation services on a part-time basis.
As an expert in clinical social work, Dr. Oliphant is committed to scientific assessment of the person within his/her context. She is experienced in the development of qualitative instruments, standarized work protocols and the specialized training programs. She has developed numerous training programs and practice models used by organizations in South Africa. Dr. Oliphant provides the consultation services on a part-time basis.
